...in all things willing to live honestly. HEBREWS 13:18

He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. 1 JOHN 2:4,22

If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen? And this commandment have we from him, That he who loveth God love his brother also. 1 JOHN 4:20-21

I have hated them that regard lying vanities: but I trust in the Lord. Let the lying lips be put to silence; which speak grievous things proudly and contemptuously against the righteous. PSALM 31:6,18

Blessed is that man that maketh the Lord his trust, and respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies. PSALM 40:4

These six things doth the Lord hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him: A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren. PROVERBS 6:16-19

He that hideth hatred with lying lips, and he that uttereth a slander, is a fool. In the multitude of words there wanteth not sin: but he that refraineth his lips is wise. The tongue of the just is as choice silver: the heart of the wicked is little worth. PROVERBS 10:18-20

The thoughts of the righteous are right: but the counsels of the wicked are deceit. He that speaketh truth sheweth forth righteousness: but a false witness deceit. There is that speaketh like the piercings of a sword: but the tongue of the wise is health. The lip of truth shall be established for ever: but a lying tongue is but for a moment. Deceit is in the heart of them that imagine evil: but to the counsellors of peace is joy. There shall no evil happen to the just: but the wicked shall be filled with mischief. Lying lips are abomination to the Lord: but they that deal truly are his delight. PROVERBS 12:5,17-22

A righteous man hateth lying: but a wicked man is loathsome, and cometh to shame. PROVERBS 13:5

A faithful witness will not lie: but a false witness will utter lies. The wisdom of the prudent is to understand his way: but the folly of fools is deceit. A true witness delivereth souls: but a deceitful witness speaketh lies. PROVERBS 14:5,8,25

A wicked doer giveth heed to false lips; and a liar giveth ear to a naughty tongue. Excellent speech becometh not a fool: much less do lying lips a prince. PROVERBS 17:4,7

Better is the poor that walketh in his integrity, than he that is perverse in his lips, and is a fool. A false witness shall not be unpunished, and he that speaketh lies shall not escape. A false witness shall not be unpunished, and he that speaketh lies shall perish. The desire of a man is his kindness: and a poor man is better than a liar. PROVERBS 19:1,5,9,22

Bread of deceit is sweet to a man; but afterwards his mouth shall be filled with gravel. PROVERBS 20:17

The getting of treasures by a lying tongue is a vanity tossed to and fro of them that seek death. PROVERBS 21:6

He that hateth dissembleth with his lips, and layeth up deceit within him; When he speaketh fair, believe him not: for there are seven abominations in his heart. Whose hatred is covered by deceit, his wickedness shall be shewed before the whole congregation. Whoso diggeth a pit shall fall therein: and he that rolleth a stone, it will return upon him. A lying tongue hateth those that are afflicted by it; and a flattering mouth worketh ruin. PROVERBS 26:24-28

Be not called a whisperer, and lie not in wait with thy tongue: for a foul shame is upon the thief, and an evil condemnation upon the double tongue. ECCLESIASTICUS 5:14
